I work with folks who live, love, and think outside the box. My clients often face challenges related to identity and belonging. They may feel misunderstood or marginalized due to their queer, creative, or unconventional lifestyles. Many are grappling with anxiety and stress stemming from a chaotic climate future and uncertain political landscape. They might also experience a sense of existential uncertainty, questioning meaning and purpose in life.
I am a licensed provider in Pennsylvania, Oregon, and Washington. I currently provide telehealth sessions in Pennsylvania and Washington. I offer both virtual and in person counseling in Oregon.

I bill as an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. I've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits. Each plan is different depending on your deductible and out-of-network benefits.
